Duxbury Area Attractions
Duxbury Massachusetts, incorporated in 1637, is a quiet oceanside residential town located 37 miles southeast of Boston. John and Priscilla Alden and Myles Standish settled here just a few years after the Plymouth Colony was established. Duxbury was the second town created in the Plymouth colony.
Major roads that pass through the town include MA Route 3, MA Route 3A and MA Route 53.
